I have quite a bit of time before I go back to college and would like to open an account to start trading.

I am looking for seminars that offer training on trading. How do I go about looking for seminars in my area? Do brokerages offer them or what? I am in the DC metro area.

Any advice on the matter is appreciated. Thanks.

Can the finance company take my tax return, or only if I owe FEDERAL AGENCIES?
The case went to court, and I was in another state at the time, so judgment was awarded to the finance company.
